Mini Vacation In Jackson Hole, WY

At the end on April, my husband and I got to visit Jackson Hole, WY! It is a beloved vacation spot by many celebrities, Harrison Ford, Sandra Bullock, Brad Pitt, and more. My husband is a native to Wyoming, so he was so excited to show my me where he spent a good amount of his teenage years.31956444_1987527344655070_4872499500909854720_n

We were able to stay at an adorable private cabin in Jackson, Cowboy Village Resort. We booked it last minute through booking.com. It was one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed. Mind you, I am a complete sucker for cabins.

I wasn’t able to get any close up pictures of the Elk, but we did get to see bighorn sheep, prairie dogs, and a moose. 31945204_1987506394657165_2170220951461953536_nLet’s be honest… Would I even be Jubilee if I didn’t visit the local bookstore? 31944311_1987512141323257_7592077551560818688_n

With a quick google search, we were able to find a really amazing pizza restaurant that was featured on Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives. Pinky G’s was exactly what we were looking for! Delicious “cheat day” food, that was perfect for our mini vacation.31946932_1987504587990679_134677963810537472_n

We spent the rest of the evening spending time together and watching Forrest Gump. It was the perfect night!

In the morning,  we went to Cowboy Coffee so that I could blog. The coffee shop was warm and inviting. It was a great way to end our little weekend! Jackson Hole, WY is such a gorgeous place to visit. I was not expecting it to snow, but it only added to the magic of it all.31946155_1985917048149433_351105338700726272_nI can’t wait to go back next time we visit!

  1. A breathtaking place for a mini vacay! It’s looks just as beautiful as when I visited about 10 years ago and my family took an 8 hour horse back ride. We were falling over our saddles when we arrived back at the ranch, but it was a lot of fun. The mountains are one of my favorite parts about WY.
